From handcrafted baked goods and signature desserts to personalized meal prep and intimate gathering experiences, every menu item is prepared with intentionality, flavor, and care. Whether you’re ordering fresh cookies for the family, booking a catered gathering, or trusting us with your weekly meal prep needs, our desire is simple: to serve food that comforts the heart and nourishes the soul.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of serving families, churches, schools, businesses, and community gatherings throughout the Tampa Bay area — giving each client what we proudly call “The Down 2 The Crumbz Experience.” An experience rooted in flavor, hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for the people we serve.

As our vision continues to grow, Down 2 The Crumbz has expanded beyond desserts and meal experiences to include our signature coffee brand, The Baptized Bean, crafted for coffee lovers who appreciate bold flavor and meaningful moments with every sip. We’ve also launched our online bake shop, making it easier than ever to order our signature cookies, desserts, and specialty treats fresh to your door or ready for pickup.

At the center of it all is family, faith, and the belief that some of life’s greatest moments happen around the table.

Meet Chef Rob!

“Ever since I was a young boy, watching my mother cook and having the privilege of working in my grandmother’s restaurant, a passion was planted in me to prepare food that comes from the heart and nourishes the soul. Today, my wife Brigette and I carry that same spirit into every dish we prepare. Our hope is that with every bite you are reminded of your favorite memories—past, present, and the ones still being created—and that this meal becomes a small reflection of Christ’s love for you, served through His willing vessels.”

Chef Rob, affectionately known as Chef “Daddy B,” is a passionate culinary creative, servant-leader, entrepreneur ,and published author, who believes food is far more than something you eat — it’s an experience, a connection, and a way to bring comfort and joy into people’s lives.

Raised around strong home-cooked meals, rich family traditions, and the warmth of the kitchen, Chef Rob developed a deep appreciation for food at an early age. Inspired by watching his mother cook and later working alongside his grandmother in her restaurant, he learned that some of the most meaningful conversations, healing moments, and memories are created around the table.

Today, alongside his wife Brigette and family, Chef Rob brings that same heartfelt passion into every aspect of Down 2 The Crumbz. Known for bold flavors, comforting classics, elevated twists, and genuine hospitality, his approach blends soulful creativity with intentional service — creating meals and desserts that feel both memorable and personal.

Whether preparing handcrafted desserts, curated meal prep experiences, family-style meals, signature coffee blends, or intimate gatherings through The Gathering of Crumbz, Chef Rob’s mission remains the same:
